# Ticket System

Users can submit support tickets from the Support page.

## Categories

| Category  | Use                             |
| --------- | ------------------------------- |
| Payment   | Deposit, withdrawal, balance    |
| Event     | Market or settlement question   |
| Technical | Bugs, connection, wallet issues |
| Other     | Anything else                   |

Users can attach up to 5 images per message.

## Statuses

| Status      | Meaning            |
| ----------- | ------------------ |
| Open        | Ticket received    |
| In Progress | Support is working |
| Resolved    | Issue addressed    |
| Closed      | Ticket closed      |

Users can reply with additional information and reopen resolved tickets.
